SVN "flipping the switch" suggested "date"

Hi all

I think its time we set a "date" for the switch.

Since we cannot switch to SVN in the middle of a PHP release cycle I
suggest we flip the switch the weekend after the PHP5.3.0 release.
Meaning; If PHP5.3.0 is released Thursday the 12th of March, we move
to SVN Friday the 20th of March. The week long grace period is
required in case 5.3.1 will need to rushed out (for whatever reason).
Note: There is no date on 5.3.0 yet, so "12th of March" is completely bogus.

I do anticipate various problems for few days, but there is nothing we
can do about that except for fixing every issue that come up one by
one as soon as they come up.
