Hi all

The time has come and the flip switching will be happening next Friday
(July 10th, 2009).

There will be a total cvs.php.net lockdown as of late Thursday until
Monday morning.

The fire department (which needs more volunteers) will be working
through the weekend to fix the fire caused by the transition.
