I erred on the side of caution. Philip originally pointed out that the  
limit seems to be around 500KB, but really, once you've reached the  
100K point, you're already long past what people are going to actually  
scroll through. It's not THAT hard to pop over to ViewVC. Especially  
since I intend to add ViewVC links to the emails.
