What's the status on the repository and script migration?

Subversion-1.5 is installed on y1.php.net in /usr/local/share/subversion 
and gwynne has root access to the machine and she can add others if 
necessary.

I have also switched the machine to Apache2 and mod_dav is available. 
The config is in /usr/local/etc/apache22

I have also upgraded our vievvc installation to the latest nightly 1.1 
and created svn.php.net which is just waiting for an svn repository to 
point to.
