Removing unused CVS modules from SVN

Since we'll be leaving the old CVS tree available for people, it seems  
reasonable to not put certain unused modules into SVN. Here is my  
current list of unused CVS modules:

dialin/
jpgraph/
imapd/
livedocs/
livingtags/
old-php-gtk-modules/
peardoc.backup/
php3/
php4.fubar/
php4.unused/
phpfi/

Please add to or delete from this list as is appropriate; I'm mostly  
guessing.
