changelog is a valid user, in fact pur top contributor, one commit to 2
files or so per day!

didn't check it, but I'd assume that cv2svn has a special purpose like
being responsible for directories - as CVS can't track directories in a
sane way ... other than that we have to check, we should also check
whether all files are there, i heard from people doing a cvs2svn
migration and loosing files ...
