[Vote] Move to a new list

Apologies to Ben, he asked me to call for this vote a couple of weeks ago.

The proposal is that we move this to a private, non-archived group. No
decision as to what the requirements or technology are, this is just a vote
on moving or not.

Voting Rules & Process (adopted from PHPFig)

   - Plese reply to this email with a +1 or a -1 indicating your vote.
   Also, please give the name, city, & country of your user group.  Please do
   not vote 0. +1/-1 are the valid responses
   - Please do not post any discussion to this thread. Votes only. If you
   have a comment, revive the old thread or start a new one.
   - Voting will remain open until 11:59 PM EDT, March 30th, 2016. Votes
   after that will not be counted.
   - Once the voting is complete, I will tally and Beth Tucker Long will
   verify the count. Then I'll post the results.
