Thank you Beth for finalizing this. While I was a proponent of the group remaining open, which prompted my "no" vote, I liked the idea of moving it somewhere more functional. (the vote was combined) I would love to see someone (with more time than I have) either interact with the php.net team to make this better, or perhaps cast another follow-up campaign to move the list to anther place that is still open but has more functional.
