Re: [UG-ADMINS] [Results] - Vote - Move to a new list

I am against a Slack channel based solely on the fact that slack is closed
source and closed protocol. At least with email, if one vendor shuts down,
we can move to another.

IF we were going to discuss the idea of moving off of php.net, I would
suggest a google group. The group would be open to anyone to join without
verification or validation, but we could easily ban spammers, bad actors,
etc.
