Hello everyone!
It's so nice to hear that I think I'm going to cry, of happiness!

In Brazil last years I think we had a great integration between several of
the UG during PHP Translation Fest 2014,
https://phptranslationfestbrasil.github.io/, when 9 cities came together to
work on PHP manual, and it was great (PHPSP, PHPRS, GOPHP, PHP Maranh=C3=A3=
o,
PHPSC, PHPSP Sanca, PHPPB and PHPDF! ) . Sadly, we couldn't make it again
yet for tests, and I guess Ben's suggestion is going to be that spark we
are waiting for!

My brother Rodrigo, @royopa, from PHPSP as well, is the responsible for
creating that Brazilian repo Ben pointed (
https://github.com/PHPTestFestBrasil/PHPTestFest) after the TranslationFest
2014. I'll talk to him and with the others folks from PHPSP and other
Brazilian UGs to start the engines!
