Hi, all,

TestFest update here...

I've been waiting until I had a Matrix server set up to help us with
realtime chat (think open-source, federated Slack but with bridges to both
IRC and Slack channels, so we can all chat with each other from our
favorite places), but that's taking longer than I had hoped, and I'm going
to be out of town for the next week (with no computer or Internet access),
so I'm going to push us along a bit to get things rolling.

I've set up a dedicated Google Group for the PHP TestFest here:
https://groups.google.com/a/phpcommunity.org/group/testfest/

This is archived, the topics are searchable, and anyone is free to join
(not just user group organizers).

I also have #phptestfest set up as a channel on Freenode (this will be
bridged with a Matrix server in the next week or two, so no worries if IRC
isn't your thing).

Feel free to join the PHP TestFest Google Group. We'll continue discussion
there.
