I was just thinking on this one... when there are events where we know non-US 
groups will have representatives, we might be able to plan ahead.

Between tek, ZendCon, DPC, IPC, PHP Benelux, PHP Brazil, and probably lots of 
other times, we have people lots of times where we could coordinate to hand 
off stacks of cards.
