Many many years ago, Rasmus granted us chiphpug.php.net Unfortunately, I've been unable to properly run the group for years now, so it's just an active mailing list at this point. In the move of which you speak, I managed to get ahold of [email protected] and they hooked it back up, I believe... Or maybe I went back to Rasmus or Stas... I suspect that if you go "back door" you'll get ug.php.net back again...
