Intros are awesome.  

I am co-organizer a BCSPHP, a small user group in the Bryan/College Station area in Texas. We rebooted the group last year and still struggle with typical problems that plague smaller communities, but we are working on it.

We meet the third Thursday of each month and might, someday soon, be strong enough to invite Keith Casey to make the short drive over to teach us something.

So far my co-organizer and I seem to be the only members interested in presenting regularly, but we're working on it.
