Not to shoot down the Google Doc idea, but would a shared Google 
Calendar that we all have write access to be a better solution.

Also, if you're not already listed on the php.net calendar of events, go 
add yourself. If you need to get an event approved, just let this list 
know, and I (or someone else on this list who has access) will approve it.
