This is the mailing list for the PHP User Group leaders.

You are welcome to join but it normally has discussions pertaining to 
the various users groups, coordination between them and the 
administration of them. I am not sure if that is what you are seeking.

Are you a user group leader or member? and if so, I would be interested 
to know which one.
