Hi Kenyr,

There are a couple of ways to look for a local user group. Your best 
option is simply to Google for it.

Other places to look is on Meetup.com, Zend.com or PHPUserGroups.org. 
Please be aware however that these listings are sometimes old and out of 
date.

Alternatively you can see if your local LUG (Linux User Group) knows of 
a group in your area.

If you still find nothing, then Congratulations for volunteering to 
start your local PHP User Group! :D We would be more then happy to help 
give you advice to get it started.
