Introduction - phplx - Lisbon, Portugal

Hi everyone,

First of all let me introduce myself. I'm Daniel Gomes, and I'm starting *
phplx* with a group of people.

We will do monthly meetups about PHP and related topics in Lisbon, Portugal.

We had our first meetup this month and was a sucess, we had 41 attendees
and a lot of sponsors and prizes to raffle at the end.

We are having some struggle for the second one but we hope to be better
than the first :) One important point was we kept some of our sponsors.
