Cal,

I'd be interested in the technology behind NPHP...

A problem for many groups is geography and distance... places are
spread-out, traffic, etc... we commonly ustream/etc our meetings, but it
can often be troublesome and time consuming.

A model we've been working towards is that of the small rural town with
only a single TV - when a soccer match comes on, each town gathers in a
common area to watch it... not sure if that makes sense :)
