Hey everyone, I apologize if this comes across as spam. But after being a user group organizer for awhile here in Minnesota I took a job with Constant Contact as a Developer Advocate. One of the things I'm putting together is a user group program designed to help local user groups (similar to the O'Reilly program). What I was wondering (especially from anyone who's used Constant Contact) is what would be some things that would benefit you. What things would you like to see in a program like this (it will be offered free of charge)?
