Re: [UG-ADMINS] To broadcast or not to broadcast

I'd like to hear information about how the Austin group manages this. I
know about http://www.austintechvideos.com/, so it seems the whole tech
community there is involved in producing and posting videos of their
meetings/events. How does this work? Who coordinates it? Who does the video
capture/processing? Who hosts the videos?
