Following up on Cal's advice, either hangouts or Fuze would work well.  I
wouldn't worry about slides and video, leave that to the presenter.  Some
of us don't always speak with slides!  Or they may want to themselves
switch between webcam and screenshare, pretty sure one of those products
would enable that.

I'm in the list of people that would love to come and speak at any user
group but travel costs and time make it impractical to reach everyone, so
I'd be really interested to hear how you get on with remote presenters.
