Re: [UG-ADMINS] User Groups and php.net visability

I was curious about the forks as well, but was going to hold off until things started to solidify a bit.  I'm not so much concerned about the 1:1 between github and the spreadsheet, but running a user group in some capacity is a must.  Sure, it might be hard to say no and it'll be hard to keep it sanitary, but it's an important quality of the effort.
