UG exposure progress... :)

Hi all

I have a quick PoC for the UG exposure as we talked about in December:

Or any other php.net page, adding ?showug=1, or enable it on www.php.net/my.php

Hopefully this will encourage people to lookup their local usergroups
and join it.


The php.net/ug.php page itself needs help.. If someone is interested
in making it awesome? :)


I also noticed that the vast majority of usergroups registered on
php.ug do *not* have ical url, which is why there are so few that have
their "next event" listed :(

Considering I believe that majority of the UG leaders are on this
list.. You guys wanna update your registration on php.ug? :)


Note that since this is just a PoC only random few (currtime % 10)
will see the "headsup" banner, if not explicitly enabled.. And the
data itself is currently hardcoded and everything is a quick
experimental hack :)

I'd love feature suggestions and comments - and extra props for anyone
contributing to the visual elements of this adventure.
