I haven't had the need for sfphp.org. It's a great group of people and I've never worried about it. I like sdphp's page for speakers and will now probably do something similar. :) That said, I'm considering a code of conduct type thing for sfmysql.orgbecause of an inappropriate member that I had to ban who is now causing all sorts of problems including threats of lawsuits by him. :( On Wed, Apr 23, 2014 at 3:27 PM, Rafael Dohms <[email protected]> wrote: > We have had no reason to publish a code of conduct or anything like that. > We mostly live by the don't be a douche rule, no incidents. > > Only place that would need rules is the Facebook group that gets cheap dev > company spam occasionally. > > In that aspect I think we are pretty lucky and have a great bunch of > people. > On Apr 23, 2014 11:05 PM, "Eric Van Johnson" <[email protected]> wrote: > >> >> We keep it simple in San Diego >> >> http://www.sdphp.org/sdphp-code-of-conduct/ >> >> We also publish some guidelines for the speakers >> >> http://www.sdphp.org/rules-for-speakers/ >> >> -- >> >> Eric >> >> twitter: @shocm <https://twitter.com/shocm> | http://www.shocm.com/ | >> http://shocm.me/ >> >> No trees were killed in sending this message, but a large number of >> electrons were terribly inconvenienced. >> >> Jeremy Lindblom <[email protected]> >> April 23, 2014 at 2:00 PM >> Do any of your user groups publish a code of conduct? group rules? mission >> statements? or any other documents?
