I'm not 100% sure if this was covered before, but I do think it might
make sense, especially with foreign speakers, to see if it's possible to
have conferences "share" speakers, and thus sharing the costs of travel
and hotels. Argentina and washington DC are maybe a bit far away, but
truenorth and phpworld might be able to share speakers more easily and
is more cost-effective.
