And you certainly can if you wish.   Argentina is a two day confernece
on the 7th and 8th of November.  And the first day of the main
conference for php[world], is on the 12th of November.   Plenty of time
between them to travel.  (Assuming that your company is OK with you
having that many days at conferences, which is a whole different
discussion anyway.)
