Hi Ivan,

Awesome to see more and more PHP/web activity in south-east europe! As
you are a local and community driven conference, I'm assuming that there
are no speaker-packages available. I would suggest to add this
information (either all details of the speaker package, or just the fact
that there is no package) in order to avoid disappointments for both
speakers and conference organizers.

I'm wondering why you have chosen for 20-minute talks, which are pretty
much lightning talks. Is there a particular reason for this, as I'm not
even comfortable with 45 minute slots. For most speakers it means that
they would need to write (or rewrite) existing talks into highlights,
which makes it hard to make the point they want to make, and explain it
with enough details for attendees to actually take the information and
use it themselves. Really curious about this.
