PHPSP

Hello,

My name is Paulo Eduardo and i'm sending this e-mail in response of Cal
Evans's call for user group leader's registration. I don't know if my
previous e-mail was just for registration or was received by the list, so
if you are receiving this twice my apologies.

I'm one of the "Core Members" of PHPSP, São Paulo's user group in Brazil,
was requested to me by the others Core Members to be in touch and represent
the group at this mailing list.

So i'm here introducing myself, i'm glad to see such a initiative to
organize the user groups all over the world, i think this could make a lot
more easier to new developers keep in touch with the community.
