Hi all!

This is my semi-monthly, as I remember to do it, reminder about Nomad PHP
and DC4D. As always, if what I am asking violates your UG's mailing list
rules, please don't do it.


DC4D:Git Smart
If you would please help us get the word out about our latest DC4D
happening on December 19th. As with all DC4Ds, if you are willing to help,
we've got a free ticket for you.

To claim your free ticket - to use for yourself or to give away to someone
in your group - simply send an email to your mailing list letting your
members know about the event. Then forward me a copy of the email. (
[email protected]) I'll send you a ticket.


Nomad PHP
Just a reminder that as a UG leader, you are always welcome to attend for
free. No strings attached. :)

We've got a form where you can request a free ticket.

ticket to a meeting, and we will be happy to send it to you.

We do this for 2 reasons.
1: Some of the speakers you  will see on Nomad PHP want to speak at User
Groups. This gives you a chance to see them and see if you think they would
be a good fit for your group.
2: Sometimes being a UG leader is a thankless job. I know this isn't much
but it is my little way of saying thank you. What you do is invaluable to
the PHP community. I'm sure you have members that say thank you, but I want
to say thank you as well. :)

You can attend as many meetings as you like, honestly, we don't keep track.
