Raffler

Hi all,

My name is Jachim Coudenys (@coudenysj) and together with Tom Van Herreweghe (@miljar) we run PHP-WVL (http://www.php-wvl.be).

During our last meetups we introduced (and used) a raffler system (http://raffler.php-wvl.be), written by Tom. It is a raffler system which uses joind.in (and optionally meetup.com) to encourage members to use joind.in!

We hope it can be useful for other user groups too.

Please not that this is a work in progress and suggestions and PRs are welcome (https://github.com/PHP-WVL/raffler.php-wvl.be).
