New PHP/WebTech UG

Hello All,

My name is Brandon Mueller. Cal Evans suggested I introduce myself.

I have been developing with PHP for quite some time. I think the first time
was cirta v 4.2. I have been getting paid to use PHP for about 4 years.

I live about 2 hours from Washington DC and Baltimore, MD. The closest UG
is about an hour away. For this reason, I've started a meetup.com group,
http://www.meetup.com/Panhandle-Web-Tech/. We have found a local sponsor
that is going to provide meeting space.

I have blatantly and unapologetically ripped off Frederick Web Tech's (
http://www.meetup.com/FredWebTech/) model. My hope is to foster a setting
where all skill and interest levels feel welcome whether they use PHP or
not.

If anyone is traveling through the western suburbs of DC and you want to
stop in, we'd love to have you. Please come practice your conference talks
or just say hi.
