Pacific Northwest PHP Conference

Hey UG Admins,

The Seattle PHP User Group is going to host a new PHP conference in
Seattle, WA, on September 11th-12th. We're calling it Pacific Northwest PHP
(or PNWPHP). To help us kickoff the fundraising for the event, we've
started a Kickstarter campaign:
