Re: [UG-ADMINS] badges

OpenBadges looks great. How would we begin?

Looks like we might either want to create a single "PHP User Groups" entity
as an issuer and work with a designer to design badges for all the user
groups, or we could each individually do it and have our own badges.

Or we could go bigger and have a "PHP Community" entity as a badge issuer
that could have badges for all sorts of things related to user groups,
conference attendance, etc. Speaking of which, I've been wanting to
jump-start the phpcommunity.org project again, and maybe this is a good
thing to live under that umbrella?
