[UG-ADMINS] Slack-Team for Usergroups available - IRC <=> Slack gateway

Hi all!

I have implemented a working gateway between Slack and IRC.

I set it up to connect the #slack_integration_test_ahg - IRC-channel
with the #testchannel on the phpug-slack team.

Feel free to enter and test.

Currently the bot is only mapping this test-channels and the
#phpugffm-channels. Any other channels can be configured also. So if you
want YOUR IRC-Channel to be conected to a slack-channel, please drop me
a mail with the slack-channel and the IRC-channel.

And that would also mean, we could connect the #default-channel in slack
and the #phpgroups-channel in IRC - IF THAT IS WANTED!
