Rafael, thanks so much for elaborating on some of the issues faced by the
Brazil community. I think I understand the concept and the reasoning behind
it now. I can certainly understand how this kind of system might be
necessary in a group with so many willing participants.

Yes, I've experienced this many times. What I'd love to hear more about
(maybe in another thread) is how you were able to introduce the "enabler"
concept in Amsterdam and how that works.
