Yeah we find summer is a little quieter on attendance at PHP Hampshire too.

I've found honestly the best way to find speakers is to ask them on
Twiter/IRC etc. :) some may not commit, but maybe 50% of the time a speaker
will say "yeah sure" and you can organise best dates.
