I'd be interested to hear how this goes. I've always wondering about the 
balance/transition of people between the groups. How does someone know they're 
advanced enough?

In DCPHP, we started playing with other ideas.  Late last summer we started 
doing code reviews right after a regular presentation. It was a way for 
everyone to participate no matter what the main topic was.

Before we were doing them, we had ~20 on average. On months when we've had 
reviews, we drift up to 25-30. Not sure if it's just a "newness" bump or a trend.
