Hey Beth,

I would agree on all the suggestion here and even the possibilities if you
wont kick. Even in bible there is time for everything and user group meetup
is not the time for preaching. If I am in that situation as a leader I
would talk to him privately  with all the officers with me, help him
understand the things your going to do if he wont stop. That would serve as
first and last warning.  But that is me. Good luck
