What do you guys think of making this list public on
https://www.mail-archive.com/?

Some of php mailings lists are already there
https://www.mail-archive.com/search?l=all&q=lists.php.net&x=0&y=0.

But only the administrator of this list can include [UG-ADMINS] there (the
reasons are said in: https://www.mail-archive.com/faq.html#newlist)
