Re: [UG-ADMINS] [VOTE] Move to a private life off of php.net

The draft of the CoC that I read references php.net, not PHP in general, so I don't believe user groups would fall under the CoC. If we choose to keep this list associated to php.net as the official php.net user group leader mailing list, then I believe it would be subject to the CoC.
