backup-zip: xz als Kompression für tar-Archive hinzugefügt

Hallo,

auf Nachfrage und Anregung von Nelson habe ich nun xz als Kompressionsformat
für tar-Archive hinzugefügt.

xz komprimiert besser als gzip/bzip2 und ist auch schneller, insbesondere
nutzt es die maximal verfügbaren CPU-Threads im backup-zip-Paket (Parameter
-T 0).

Stellt man bestehende Backups auf xz um, sind die bisherigen tar-Archive
manuell zu löschen, da mit der geänderten Kompression eine neue "Rotation"
entsteht.
