eisfair mit usrmerge durch GlibC

Hallo

Bei dem update auf die eisfair Paket Version glibc-3.4.6 wird nun 
die usrmerge Aktion durchgefuehrt.

usrmerge heisst, dass die Verzeichnisse /bin /sbin /lib /lib64 dann 
als Symlink auf die jeweiliegen /usr/X Verzeichnisse zeigen


bin   -> usr/bin
sbin  -> usr/sbin
lib   -> usr/lib
lib64 -> usr/lib64
