Bin auf AdGuard reingefallen, der biegt das auf localhost um, wenn 
entsprechende Sperrlisten aktiv sind.

Es ist ein externen Zertifikat, wobei ich ein anderes bekomme:

Bleibt, dass ich nicht verstehe, dass die gleiche Installation, die 
Korrektur der Netzwerkkarte spielt keine Rolle, im anderen Rechner in der 
Zertifikatesrichtung anders sein soll.

Schonmal in älteren Logs geschaut, ob da nicht auch schon solche Meldungen 
zu finden sind?
