Das Browserfenster mit der Sperrmeldung sagt als Grund der Sperrung:

"Target class =	exception"

Die Blacklist "exception" wird offenbar genauso "behandelt" wie eine 
andere Sperrliste auch ... statt die Sperrung aufzuheben.

Irgendwas mache ich noch verkehrt, wie es scheint ....
