es gibt sowohl für eisfair-1 als auch für eisfair-2 das Paket "developer".

Damit solltest Du Dir eine funktionsfähige Dev-Umgebung installieren können.

Für eisfair-2 gibt es zur Zeit kein Kernel-Source Paket.
