Ich verstehe nicht ganz. Hast du eventuell das Paket ins 
fli4l-Verzeichnis entpackt, aber die config/pftpd.txt gelöscht? Oder 
baust Du mit einem 'externen' config-Verzeichnis (gute Idee) und hast 
übersehen, die 'leere' config/pftpd.txt dorthin zu kopieren - falls du 
pureftpd einpackt hast? Sieht für mich so aus.
