wireguard-windows library version number

Hi,

I noticed that wireguard-windows is on version 1.1. But Godoc doesn't  
recognize this version because it's not semver:  
https://pkg.go.dev/golang.zx2c4.com/wireguard/windows?tab=versions

Would it be possible to get the version bumped to 1.1.0?
