[Accel-config] [ANNOUNCE] accel-config-v3.3 release

I am pleased to announce accel-config-v3.3 stable release.

Changes:
   - Update driver name changes
   - Rewrite unit test removing hardcoding and other enhancements
   - Bug fixes
