[Accel-config] [ANNOUNCE] accel-config-v3.4.4 release

Hello accel-config users!

I am pleased to announce accel-config-v3.4.4 stable release.

Accel-config changes:
   - Add -e/--enable and -f/--force features to load-config command

DSA test changes:
   - Add more sample configuration files for different usages
   - Add multi-descriptor support
